I have a team member who is trying to complete to the trailblazer champion certification but cannot see the "agent icon" on the "Costal Cloud" interface. Since the agent icon is not there , the certification never completes. How can I make progress?

If the Agent icon is not appearing in the Coastal Cloud interface, please first verify that the user has the required permissions and that the relevant Agentforce features are enabled in the org. Also, make sure the user is working in the correct Trailhead Playground/org associated with the challenge.
You can try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, or using an incognito/private browser window.
If the Agent icon is still missing, please share more details about the setup and a screenshot of the interface so we can better understand the issue. If the issue persists, please create a Salesforce Support case for further assistance.
