The expectation is when I open the Salesforce Pane in Outlook, search for a certain Account, go to the related list and hit "New Opportunity" button, I can customize the Opportunity Creation page. What is the layout I have to update? Apparently none of the Lightning Layouts and classic Page Layouts on Opportunity object reflect the desired changes
