We lean really heavily on API calls vs. stored data in Salesforce for our experience site portal for customers. Currently we are preparing for our next roadmap phase where customers can view and approve their artwork via the portal (currently we send them out via email) - and our internal development team is again leaning toward an API. That being said, I have a requirement from our service team that they should still be able to at least view the approvals and all the comments being made. My question: I am still learning about how API calls work and I don't want to approach our developers with a solution and sound dumb! Can these types of API calls be built into the internal use side of Salesforce or does that really only work with the experience sites? Or does it make sense for the service agents to just create contacts and login directly to the portal with specific permissions to view only?  #Salesforce Developer #Salesforce Admin #Integration
