Is there any way to get the add asset card to show on the android app. It allows the tech to easily link in the asset. Works perfectly in iOS as per screenshot. On android, the asset card is hidden unless the asset is populated.

Had another Android App issue when using bundling. The button that opens up the bundled appointments was missing on the android app but showing on the iOS. Not sure if I am missing some configuration for the Android app somewhere. Buying iPads to everyone but we have a few Android phones in circulation already.

Add asset from android app #Salesforce Field Service #Field Service App

    Hi,

First things first, so, if you can see Asset Card or the bundling button in ios, then the steps you have done is correct. I don't think there are any specific steps for Andriod.

But, few things you can consider checking.

    1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Field Service app on Android. Sometimes, new features or improvements are introduced in app updates, so updating the app might resolve the issue.
    2. If there are any configurations specific to the Android version which I believe is not, review them to see if they might be causing the issue.
    3. You can also consider checking both of the settings like verify whether ios and Android both have the same settings or not.
