We are trying to configure an integration with Paperless Transactions and are being told that are gifts can not import as pledge payments and all have to be recorded as new gifts. Has anyone been able to integrate like this before?

@Andrea Orr There are partner applications that will automatically sync data from their system to Salesforce and the NPSP, but I'm not sure if any work with Paperless Transactions. You can check in the @Nonprofit App Advice and Reviews group. They maintain a document that details our partners and what their apps can/can't do currently. You can also reach out to Paperless Transactions and ask if they have plans to integrate with Salesforce and the NPSP.
Also, you can consider building your own integration custom to your org. I'd imagine you'd want to contract with a developer or consultant for that option however.
