What Is AIforce?
No matter where you work, Salesforce meets you there. That’s what AIforce delivers—trusted Salesforce data, workflows, and governance, available wherever your team already spends the day.
Working inside Claude? Salesforce shows up there too, called Claudeforce, powered by our partnership with Anthropic. Living in Slack? Slackforce connects you, your apps, your data, and your agents and delivers rich, interactive experiences inside of Slack. Prefer to stay inside Salesforce itself? Agentforce Coworker puts a live AI assistant that instantly knows your business right where you already do your daily work. And if you’re a developer building something custom, the Headless Toolkit gives you the APIs, MCP servers, and tools to connect agents directly, no screen required.
Under the hood, all of this runs on open, standard connection points, so agents plug into Salesforce without complicated, one-off integrations. What that means day to day: you can ask a complex question and get a real, trustworthy answer right away; spin up a new workflow or app on the fly instead of waiting on IT; and instead of getting a summary, have an agent actually take the action for you.
An Open Ecosystem
Businesses have already invested in tools they trust—and AIforce meets them there. Built on open protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP), it connects with the models and systems companies are already using, so nothing has to be ripped out and replaced to get started with AI. Claudeforce, the Salesforce partnership with Anthropic, is the first example of this in action, and the architecture is designed to welcome more partners over time.
