Begin Your Einstein AI Journey
Hello! Welcome to the Drive Productivity with Einstein AI trail. This trail is aimed at Salesforce administrators, sales and service professionals, data professionals, and anyone interested in learning how Einstein AI features can transform their business and customer experiences.
The content in this trail is designed to help you skill up on Einstein AI products and features while setting you up for success, whether your goal is to apply what you learn to your job, obtain the Salesforce AI Specialist credential (coming soon!), or both.
The trail consists of six sections.

Each section includes a mix of Trailhead badges–many with hands-on learning experiences–along with videos and demos presented by a Salesforce instructor, and Salesforce Help articles that provide additional details.
Practice with Einstein AI Tools
As you move through this trail, you get to try out Einstein AI tools and features. To complete the exercises and hands-on challenges, you need to use a custom Trailhead Playground with Einstein AI enabled. You set up this Playground when you get to the Discover the Power of Generative AI in CRM section of this trail. Once set up, the Playground is available to you for 14 days.
A regular Trailhead Playground won’t work for the hands-on challenges in this trail because Einstein AI features are not enabled in regular Playgrounds.
What Is Einstein AI?
You just learned about the trail and the org you use, now let’s dig into Einstein AI. This 7-minute video explains how Einstein AI enhances your business productivity with predictive and generative AI tools that help your organization work smarter and connect more deeply with customers. Be sure to watch the video so you can pass the quiz at the end of this module.
Throughout this trail, you see the terms Einstein AI and Salesforce AI used interchangeably. They are both terms that describe the AI products and features at Salesforce.
