#Tagging0 debatiendo

Hi all! 

I’ve submitted an IdeaExchange idea to address an issue we face with the limitation of the SFDC case email not allowing to @mention people (similar to what we have in Outlook), unfortunatelly this is only available via post/chatter which is not an option - idea URL https://ideas.salesforce.com/s/idea/a0BHp000019OmsNMAS/enable-mention-functionality-in-the-sfdc-case-email-form-same-as-in-outlook

If you’ve faced the same issue, I’d really appreciate your vote and comments:  

I am trying to add record tagging to our org per a request however I can only find this option in Classic with an option to download an App in Lighting. Does anyone know if they are will bringing this feature into Lighting or does that mean they are discontinuing the feature in Lighting? Any clarity for my question would be greatly appreciated.  #Tagging

Quick question on reporting on Feed Items. 

If a record is mentioned in the body of a post, the name doesn't populate in a Salesforce report. 

Does anyone know a work around for this besides tagging record and then writing out record name . see below 

This is an example  /record name record name

Any ideas on this?

Website Tracking Question:

I put my campaign codes on the appropriate pages of my website (we have a campaign for each product line).

Is it possible to have the website visitors "tagged" with the product line when they visit a page? For example,  I have an Adhesives campaign and I put the tracking code from that campaign on all of the Adhesives pages on my website. If someone visits the adhesives pages, I would like them to be tagged "adhesives"

@Glenngoodman Remind me does Chatter allow private messaging using the Targeting feature/function? Also, does Chatter support #tagging?
