#Creating An Org0 debatiendo

Hi all, I am training for a salesforce administrator certificate. I need to set up an org via the sign up link www.developer.salesforce.com however it is not letting me sign up. I keep getting an error message as follows: We were unable to complete your request at this time because Salesforce is currently upgrading the template used to sign up your organization. Please try again soon. I have tried several different times but have encountered the same issue. Any suggestions what I should do would be appreciated very much! Sabina

Authorize org keeps failing

I have been trying to resolve this for over 2h. Reinstalled npm with nvm to try and fix permission issues, and made sure CLI is installed. I used to use orgs with no problem on this device but that was in 2022. I keep running into the same error. Does anyone know how to fix the permission issue?

This is the error that I am getting:

Im unable to create trial org for ServiceMax,Can someone guide me with this?

Im learning ServiceMax and want to get the hands-on experience for the same,I want to spin up a new trial org for learning purpose but not able to do so,Can anyone help me out with this?
