Timeline Links Issue

I have created a bunch of timeline Vizzes in Tableau Public, but the links in the Tooltips aren't opening correctly, even though I've created ACTIONS and changed them to Hover. Can anyone take a look under the hood and advise?  They are all formatted the same. The only one that is working the way I want, although the way the link itself looks isn't exactly as I want it, is the one titled Berkshires Forward Timeline.     Hi, @Wylie Goodman

    The tooltip configurations do not appear to be identical.  

    In the BRPC Project Timeline sheet, the tooltip contains only “Link:” and the <ATTR(Link)> field has not been inserted. In the working Community sheet, <ATTR(Link)> is included and displayed as a hyperlink.

    First, could you compare the settings to see if there are any differences?
