Custom Links Section Not Showing on Account Record Page

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm completing the Trailhead module "Create Custom Buttons and Links." I created the Google This Account detail page link and added it to the Custom Links section of the Account Layout.

However, when I open an Account record and go to the Details tab, the Custom Links section is not visible at all. Because of this, I can't see the Google This Account link.

I'm using Lightning Experience in a Trailhead Playground.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is it related to Dynamic Forms or the Lightning Record Page configuration? How can I make the Custom Links section appear?

Hi ,

did remove the 'Custom Button' as Display Type and saved it, and that worked, though this is a different approach to what is mentioned in Trailhead solution, apparently it worked.

The accepted answer didn't work to me, so I disabled the dynamic forms in the Page, since once is enabled, the old “Custom Links” section from the classic page layout doesn’t render on the Details tab.    I just followed this instruction from Agentforce:    Replace Dynamic Forms with the classic Record Detail component: In Lightning App Builder: Edit the Account record page > on the Details tab, delete the Field Section/Field components that Dynamic Forms created > from the Components palette, drag the Record Detail component into the Details region > Save and Activate (assign as needed). The Record Detail component respects the page layout, including Custom Links.
