Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to build a public Experience Cloud portal where users can purchase event tickets and also book meeting spaces, properties, or rooms. Revenue is generated from both ticket sales and space rentals.

  •  For ticket sales, my understanding is that Salesforce manages this using Opportunities, Products, and Opportunity Line Items.
  • However, for booking meeting spaces / properties / rooms, the requirement is to support rental-based bookings where users can:

                  1. View available spaces in the portal

                  2. Book them for specific dates and times

                  3. See availability based on already booked resources

I am not sure if there is any native solution available in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to support this type of asset or resource booking.

I have reviewed Salesforce Scheduler, but it appears to be more suitable for appointment booking with service resources, whereas our requirement is focused on asset booking and availability tracking, such as rooms, tables, chairs, or properties.

Has anyone implemented a similar scenario using Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud or Experience Cloud)?

Please guide me on the recommended approach or best practices to get better clarity on how to solution this scenario.
