In the dashboard attached, I have two worksheets for each topic. One shows the over-time change across 5 years and one shows the results for a comparison year in the past. I've been able to align the X-axes for the two worksheets for some of the topics by dragging them until they align and making sure other formatting issues, title font size (titles are invisible in the comparison year) and axes ranges are the same. But I can't seem to do it for a few of the topics including the Employer Partnerships topic. Please see screenshot below and attached workbook. Thanks, in advance, for your help!!!

On the bottom left chart, your single year has a y-axis fixed at -3 to +197, where the main chart is set to -20 to +200.

On the top right chart, your font size for the single chart title is 10pt, and the main chart is 9.

Those were the only two charts that didn't match for me in your attached workbook. If you have any others, I suggest checking the font size of all of your titles, check the fixed ranges of all of your y-axes. The reason your x-axis labels aren't consistently placed is partly because some of your charts have continuous x-axes and some of them are discrete (marked C and D below):

On the bottom left chart, your single year has a y-axis fixed at -3 to +197, where the main chart is set to -20 to +200.I would consider choosing the one you like the look of best, then duplicating it and just changing the Measure used.
