I am trying to uninstall Dupe Blocker from one of our sandboxes in order to do a fresh install. In doing so I am getting the attached error. It points to a Visualforce page that references a managed Apex class. I am not able to edit or remove any of that.
Can anyone point out what I am missing here to remove whatever dependency it is referencing in order to uninstall? Thanks

@Eric Walker Lightning App Builder is available in Classic too. Could you share a screenshot or short recording of the page you opened?
