Error Select a file in the document template designer

Hello, 

In one org, I'm trying to create a document template in the document template designer. 

When I upload the file (in .docx format), the files isn't recognized by the designer and a message "Select a file" appears. 

I precise I've all the required permissions to create a template. 

Did someone has already encountered this issue ?

    Hi Etienne! 

     

    Have you tried uploading a completely new, blank Word document just to rule out an issue with the file itself? 

     

    Since it's happening in only one org, I'd also check if there are any restrictions on file uploads or API access. 

     

    I found a Salesforce article about Document Template Designer issues related to API access restrictions. Not exactly the same error, but might be worth checking:

    does the "Select a file" message appear right after uploading the document, or only when you try to save the template?
