Hi @Shubham Baghel, one thing to know before you pick Files Connect, it opens files that already live in SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, but it doesn't move the files you have, and anything uploaded in Salesforce still lands in Salesforce storage.

SharePoint comes with most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans, and Google Drive with Google Workspace, so start with whichever your company uses. Move existing files in batches and delete them from Salesforce only once people can find them again.

For new uploads, build the copy yourself with Power Automate or the Graph API, or use an AppExchange app. When comparing apps, check whether files open on the record, whether uploads go straight to the drive, and who controls access.

CloudFiles is one of those apps. It migrates the Salesforce Files you already have into each record's own SharePoint or Drive folder, and the record shows that folder, so people can preview, open and upload files without leaving the record. A flow then copies anything uploaded in Salesforce into the same folder.

    Disclosure: I work at CloudFiles.
