Could you please let me know if this [PM-LXM001] backend error is an identified issue on your end, and when we can expect a fix or workaround so I can complete this badge?"

​Dear Trailhead Support Team, 

​I am writing to request urgent assistance with a backend error preventing me from completing the Explore Data with Agentforce Grid module challenge. 

​Despite setting up the grid, prompt template bindings, and record update columns according to all module instructions, the Summary column consistently fails with the following system error: 

​[PM-LXM001] A temporary system error occurred. Please provide this request ID to customer support. 

​Because the summary column cannot generate the AI output due to this platform error, the description update action fails, and the challenge verification cannot pass. 

​This is a critical blocker for completing the badge. Please investigate and resolve this backend issue as soon as possible so I can finish the module.

    I found a workaround

    for it, 

    Module:

    instead of creating a column of

    Prompt Template type 

    create a column of Text type I found a workaround for it, Module: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/agentforce-grid/explore-data-with-agentforce-grid?add  the random text on each row, make sure to have at least one row with value starting with **Account Overview** 

    Then create the column of update (the last step in the module) 

    save and run 

     

    check the challenge - it should be completed
