Hi everyone!
I am currently working on this Trailhead, but I can't get the segment status to change to "Success". It gets stuck on "Counting" indefinitely—I've been stuck like this for 3 hours now.
I have already tried creating new campaigns, testing different objects, deleting old segmentations, and even going into Setup to delete the underlying flows, but nothing seems to work to get it into a "Success" state. I am completely blocked and unable to move forward.
Could you please help me out?

Similar to what you are experiencing in your org, I have encountered a situation in the past where segment updates and publishing became stuck in the processing state and never progressed. As a result, I eventually had to abandon that org entirely.
Because of situations like this, it may be better to start over in a new org rather than spend a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue. Since a new org becomes available after three days, it can sometimes be more efficient to wait and rebuild everything from scratch.
