How can i finish my trail, my agent is working but i still get the error.

If your agent is working correctly but Trailhead still shows “Task not yet completed in Agentforce Builder,” I’d first make sure you’re working in the exact Trailhead Playground connected to the challenge.
Also, double-check the challenge requirements carefully. Trailhead verification usually checks the specific configuration, names, actions, topics, or instructions—not just whether the agent works when you test it.
After making sure everything matches the instructions, save the agent, refresh Agentforce Builder, and then run the challenge verification again.
If everything matches the challenge requirements and it still isn’t recognized, I’d recommend creating a Trailhead Help/Salesforce Support case so they can check the verification from their side.
