In the Action Launched: Send Email with Verification Code section
I scroll to the bottom of the Output window and cannot find verification code.
Can you tell me why? and how to proceed? I have xxxx as code

Same for me also, been trying all day.
From reading other answers on another posts
Resolution:
Locate the Contact will.johnson@run.com
Change the email from will.johnson@run.com to your own email address
Continue with the chatbot steps to authenticate, but check your email for the code
Enter the code
Continue with the steps
Then, when you try to update the case it says "Adding comments to cases is not supported at the moment"
Navigate to the case and in the Internal Comments section on the Details, enter "Add a comment to this case: Please email the contact owner an update on this case."
Save case
Validate the badge.
