We can't find an approval post template named 'Opportunity Approvals'. Make sure the unique name is 'Opportunity_Approvals'.
Não consigo encontrar o erro, será que alguem passou por isso, e pode me ajudar!
O nome esta escrito corretamente em ingles.

It may be worth checking the Unique Name rather than just the displayed template name. Salesforce often validates the API/unique name separately, so make sure it is exactly Opportunity_Approvals with no extra spaces or different characters.
