Configure Agentforce for Service Trail Error - Step not yet complete in Agentforce We can't find that the Experience Management topic has been added to the CC Service Agent.

I cannot find a way around this error:  

Step not yet complete in Agentforce

We can't find that the Experience Management topic has been added to the CC Service Agent. 

- I have redone the module to create the service agent twice now. 

- The service agent is activated 

- The topic exists - everything is Copied and Pasted from the trailhead module itself with no extra spaces or incorrect characters 

I think the problem might be the API name as there are extra characters automatically appended to the end of the API name and I don't know how to get around this as it happens without my input. I can't imagine this is the issue if we are not given a choice? I have looked through the forum at other solutions and they do not work. 

How have others gotten around this?
