1. Where to connect your company account

• In Trailblazer Profile -> Settings -> Connected Accounts
• You add your company email manually.
• It is not automatically tied to a “My Company” section. That section just shows your profile info and company affiliation if added.

2. Does Salesforce automatically associate your email with your company?

• No. Salesforce doesn’t automatically detect your company from your email domain.
• You need to manually add your company email in Connected Accounts.
• Once added, if your company uses Trail Tracker, your achievements will sync correctly.
