Hi community, we are integrating Adobe Sign with our Salesforce so that our reps can generate documents and send for e-signature.
Using Document Builder in Salesforce, I have my JSON tag file so that it can be uploaded on the word template.
The issue we are running into is an image is not passing through. Adobe support is struggling and was hoping someone might have a solution here.
We want to store customer account logos on our account records. (can be a URL, or rich text, etc). Ideally, it would be nice to save the file in a specific size and format to Files and simply add the public URL link to the account record.
We then want the account logo to dynamically appear on the document we are generating with Adobe Sign.

Hi Ben! I think that is the answer right there. This project has been put up on the shelf right now as they are reevaluating document generation providers so I'll let you know If we stick with Adobe Sign.
