how to save multiple objects records using email template on apex page

i want to use email template to save three objects records simultaneously with one submit button and then redirect it to another page where an email sending template would be there

    i have came to a point after research that i have use simple html fields in email template and include it on apex page and in its controller get its filled field values to insert into each object with soql query, but now my question is that how to include email template on apex page and how to get its values on its controller
