EAC Terms and Conditions + Activity Sharing Prompts When User Logs In

We have set up the EAC using the Org-Level and test connection is successful. My questions are:

1. We have added the users in the Standard EAC Permission Set and under EAC Settings, is there a setting where users don't have to accept the Terms and Conditions for using EAC?

2. If there's no setting or workaround for the above, what would be the best explanation for that.

My assumption is since the users' mailbox are connected at org-level, they wouldn't have to go through the T&C and Activity Sharing screen when they login.
