Contractor is getting a bad request error in mobile Service appointment list view. It does have permission sets, it is assigned to the right profile. Yet, when tech tries to update status, then the error comes up.

sound like an issue with service appointment lifecycle. Pls check if users has proper permission and if the status change for the profiles enabled.
