when i was trying to schedule an appointment i can't acheive, it am continuously facing the same error. Eventhough I did created all the required service Territory,Service Resource,work type,worktype Group and operating Hours records. I covered all the prerequestic but still the same error exist. The error will be-- Looks like that service territory doesn't have anyone available for those work type groups. Try choosing another service territory.

Even I was facing this issue. The main reason for me was that I did not assign the Salesforce Scheduler Resource permission set with "Salesforce Scheduler" license to the user for whom I created the service resource. I assigned it and i was able to see the time slots to book appointments.
