I am struggling with the creation of two opportunities in Salesforce when a donor makes a gift and opts to pay the processing fee as well. We also see this behavior when someone purchases tickets for an event.
I understand that this is by design. However, this functionality makes acknowledgements more difficult and throws off overall numbers like Number of Donations, largest amount/smallest amount, and average amount.
Has anyone created a work around (flow?) to combine those two opportunities into one. Or perhaps there will be an option to select combining the amounts in a future release?

Can you ask the training team to put something out when this feature is active. A webinar would be greatly appreciated. I don't catch everything in the release notes, and I'm probably not alone in that. :-)
