Unable to untick the Required box on the Loan Amount field on Contact Page Layout

I'm studying the Admin Certification Trailmix and am trying to convert a lead but I keep getting an error message to say that "Your lead is missing a field mapping for the Contact.Loan_Amount_c field."

 

I've gone into the page layout and found the Loan Amount field and it is a required field, however, I am unable to untick this.

 

Any suggestions appreciated

    Hi Hannah!

     

    Did you make mandatory the 'Loan Amount' field on Contact Page Layout? 

     

    If yes please uncheck it.

     

    Steps: Edit page layout and click 'Loan Amount' field you'll get  a modal mark Required there. 

     

    Attached is an example of delivery installation field.
