Lightning for Outlook - Log email without sending

Question

In the Salesforce for Outlook plugin, users can log an email to a specific contact without actually sending it.  Is there a way to do this within Lightning for Outlook? Scenario:  John sends email to Jane that discusses Tom (Customer).  Jane would like to capture this email in Tom's activity timeline so that other users are aware of the discussion.  How can this be accomplished with Lightning for Outlook?
