    While it's true that visiting a Visualforce page does trigger the debug log (because it activates an Apex controller), you cannot set a trace flag specific to a VF page. This, to me, means A is probably incorrect.

     

    As for the three you can actually pick, it's simple when you go to create a new trace flag:
