I have been trying to self teach myself Salesforce Administration from scratch and so far have had a good grasp of each topic / module.
However I am currently on the Formulas and Validation Module on the Topic of Create Validation Rules and I am completely stuck!

The Challenge itself I find really hard to understand and I have no idea as to where to find the correct formulas - I copied someone elses formulas word for word to test my own sanity and it still didn't work (Syntax Error didn't recognise AccountID for example)
Is there anywhere I can find help on this? I managed to get a formula that returned back with no errors (however I know it isn't correct) and when I try and click "Check Challenge" it comes back with "This challenge has already been completed" but in Red and doesn't award me any points
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Harry,
First, if it tells you the challenge was already completed, can you refresh the page and check if you now have points?
As for the challenge itself, there are some keywords:
"To complete this challenge, add a validation rule which will block the saving of a new or updated contact"
Therefore, you know that this validation rule needs to be on Contact
Now there are 2 parts to this rule:
1-The validation rule should ONLY apply to contact records with an associated account
2-A contact with a MailingPostalCode that has an account and does not match the associated Account ShippingPostalCode should return with a validation error and not be saved
Fianlly, make sure the name of this rule is correct "Contact must be in Account ZIP Code"
I don't want to give you the answer as the best way to learn is to practice, but let us know how it goes, or if you need further help
