I am seeing this error when I check my work:
Make sure the 'SimilarProperties' component has been added to the Property Record page.
The component is there, top right hand corner, and the page layout is assigned as the org default for desktop and mobile.
Code checks out.
Have tried adding and removing it from the record page layout, and unassigning and re-assigning as the org default.

Thanks for the quick response Balram,
you put me on the right track.
Turns out I had TWO Lightning record pages and had been working on the second, which had the API name Property_Record_Page_1 (or something like that)
Unassigned and deleted both, recreated the page with the correct label and API name, and passed the challenge.
