'http://support.shoretelsky.com/index.php/Training?&accountId=1&locationId=1157&profileId=4396&personId=509475' should be 'http://support.shoretelsky.com/index.php/Training[wildcard]' this way, regardless of the user and account ID, all users wil lbe drected to the proper URL (which happens to be a Knowledge article)

This is a good idea - it looks like you may have more luck getting help in the boards at http://developer.force.com/. That site is more code oriented.
