i have this use-case - I want to sum up the quantity of a product code at a renewal quote level, only if it is a renewed subscription (i.e. customer had it on the recent contract being renewed).

if i use a summary variable for this product validation rule,  i don't have an option to filter based on both product code and renewed subscription <> null.

the prior quantity field on the quote line is blank.

also we currently don't explicitly de-activate older contracts, so creating a summary variable on subscription might not help, as it might include prior purchases across all contracts, not just the most recent one.

this is a bit urgent, so any help/insights are highly appreciated.
