We have an immediate opening for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin with Financial Services (Asset Management) experience. Our client is a boutique financial services firm with over $40B under management and growing!  Great opportunity to make a significant impact as the sole BA/Admin within an org (130 users) that is actively seeking to leverage the platform. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST/ADMIN - REMOTE

In this mission-critical role, you will be responsible for driving all declarative Salesforce initiatives. Additionally, you will have a senior Salesforce developer with whom you can collaborate. Key responsibilities include hands-on (projects, enhancements, maintenance), interfacing with stakeholders, collaborating with a senior developer, and training users. The org is fairly basic and the company is eager to take Salesforce to the next level (adding Marketo). The ideal candidate should have a FinServ/Asset Management background, and enjoy a significant level of autonomy.  A++ Hiring Manager who is transparent, supportive, fair, and empowers his team.
