Hello everyone,
I am trying to make the Campaign Influence Quick Link List appear in the Opportunities but apaprently it is not working for a specific user. This user is a custom Marketing User created in the company. I have followed the following guide but the problem is still unsolved: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000247208&type=1
Does anyone know how to setup the Campaign Influence Quick Link List?

Are you using Collaborative Forecasts or the older Customizable Forecasts? https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=faq_forecasts3_whats_difference_between_versions.htm&type=5. I definetely experienced some challenges getting Collaborative Forecasts to work in Lightning, if that is the case for you I will try to remember all the steps.
