1. We have been having issues with newly created Service Appointments that don't show up in the gantt calendar to be scheduled. The only solutions we have found have been to modify the Service Appointment on the backend in some way, either by changing a field or using it to pull slots using Book Appointment.

2. We have a couple questions about calendar optimization and drive time calculations which were somewhat vaguely explained in the manual.
