Hi,

I have created omniscripts and the assessment questions are accessible to the guest user but while submitting the form I am getting this error.

I have made sure that the guest user has Create and Read access on Assessment and Assessment question response object along with Omni Process so what Am I Missing?

I have deactivated the record triggered flow as well which was doing some update on the assessment object.

Hi..does anyone know how a Guest user licence work.. There are two profiles associated with the Guest Licence...(Guest community user and calendars profile) There are one user assigned to each profile.. As much as I know if a user is assigned this licence then they don't require log-in to access.. However if they don't login then how do they access the relevant sites? #Licenses #Guest Users #Unauthenticated Guest Users

Hello All,

I have created a public page within my community using Case Form component.

I can access this public page as an unauthenticated user when I click on  url, I can see the form, however I can't submit it, I get "oops something went wrong please refresh and try again" error.

I have double checked following:

• I have Guest Access to the Support API box checked under communities administration
•  In case form component my global action is assigned to the guest user case action
•  This global action is available to use in community. 
•  Guest profile has access to case object and all the fields.

 what  am I missing? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please direct me to the correct place where I can post this question if this is not a correct place.

Does page variation work for unauthenticated users?

When a form in public page of Salesforce Community is submitted by external users, I want to be able to do the following,

•  show specific Message to users
•  close the page(button or auto close after few seconds)

Explanation:

We have a public page in our community  with "Create Case Form" Component  where unauthenticated user can log  a case.However, I am having following challenges.

• I can't seem to get to another page (Case Variation of Case Details for extenal user)
• When a case form is submitted  by guest user they stay on same form page with close button(Provided by SF) and they don't see variation; however authenticated users see the page variation for the details of this page.

I am calling a Flow from the new Help Center community template to allow unauthenticated guest users the ability to create a case and upload a file attachment. Both of which I've been told are possible based on the Spring '19 release. I'm getting an error message on the file upload piece that says "Unable to find the record referenced by ContentVersion.FirstPublishLocation in null: <with the record ID of the newly created case>.

I was told by support that the file upload could not attach to the case until after new Case record had been committed to the database. If that is the case, how you you create a case and upload a file in the same flow? I'm able to run through this in debug mode just fine, but when running as a guest user I get the error. What am I missing here?

I'm using the new Help Center template in a lightning community. I've created the Global Action to allow unauthenticated guest users to submit a Case online. When previewing the page it appears in 2 columns. When looking at the public published page, it displays in 1 column. Any ideas why this happens or how to fix it?
