Hi All,  I'm trying to implement the Case Merge feature. I've turned it in two different sandboxes. In SB 1, I can see the button on the list views:

 But not in SB 2:

  The buttons/lightning action has been added to all the page layouts, and I can see it from within the case record, it's only on the list views that the button doesn't appear. I can identify what is different between the two sandboxes. Are there any considerations to know of to get the button to appear on List Views?

We receive new cases assigned to a General Queue. If we want to merge 2 cases, we first have to assign them both to one same agent, then merge, then put status back to "New" and then change the Owner again so they go back to the Queue... 

How can I #merge #cases from the  #Queue without changing Owner and Status????

I am excited to start the final testing of the upcoming Unmerge feature of Case Merge Premium. The next version of Case Merge Premium will allow users to unmerge cases, putting things (like field values, related objects, etc.) back where they were before the merge process.

When serving your customers, it is a challenge to recognize when duplicate cases are created, perhaps as a result of channel thrashing or simply asking for a status update. We are going to walk through all kinds of B2C, B2B, and Internal support scenarios, and teach how to use the detection criteria in Case Merge Premium to identify potential duplicate cases.
