I provide step-by-step instructions on how to signup for a free API account to get the exchange rates, configure the flow and schedule it.
But you can't schedule HTTP Callouts in scheduled flows? Well let's just say without a bit of magic from unofficialsf dot com you can't. So I sprinkled that in too.

Thanks, I passed on that feedback to the Named Credentials product owner. The intention in the future is to move the Named Credentials setup to a wizard-like experience, but timing is to be determined.
In the meanwhile, post any questions you have about using the new named credentials with HTTP Callout to this group.
