Hi Community
I cannot finish the trail, it says the active prompt Quick Summary (API Quick_Summary) could not be find. Instead I have saved an activated it under this name and am already in the right Org. Also, there are no duplicates or inactive versions for this. Can anybody help?

- Check the API Name: Ensure the API Name of your template is set strictly to Quick_Summary (not Quick Summary with a space, and not Quick_Summary__c).
- Verify Template Type: Make sure the template type selected in Prompt Builder is Field Generation (not Flex or Record Summary).
- Activate the Template: Confirm that the prompt template is Activated (saved drafts are not recognized by the challenge checker).
- Unlink and Recreate (if needed):
- Remove any link or reference to the template from the Summary field on the Case page layout.
- Delete the current prompt template from Prompt Builder.
- Create a brand-new Field Generation prompt template, name the API name explicitly as Quick_Summary, activate it, and re-link it if required by the instructions.
