Since the Winter '27 release, we are unable to debug active flows versions.
The only way to debug an active flow version is to create a new flow version and enter test mode.
This help article somewhat confirms that behaviour and suggests to use Agentforce for debugging:

This is not an option for us.
This is the header for an active flow version.
No option for test mode.
Are we missing anything?
