Hiring: Salesforce Operations Support at VMC Group (Hybrid, Bloomingdale, NJ)

We're growing our Salesforce team and looking for an admin who enjoys both building and supporting users.
About us:
VMC Group is an engineering and manufacturing company in the controlled environments space, serving HVAC, aerospace, infrastructure and industrial markets. We're growing through acquisitions, so there's always a new business to bring onto the platform.
The org:
Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Shield and Tableau with ongoing feature builds alongside our implementation partner.
The role: You'll report to our Sales Implementation Specialist, who owns the strategy and roadmap. You'll own execution, including:
- Admin and config work: Flows, validation rules, layouts and permissions
- Test scripts and UAT coordination
- Support tickets and Freshdesk intake
- Data quality, imports and dedupe, including merging data from acquired companies
- Reports and dashboards, especially adoption tracking
- Training materials and end-user training sessions
Looking for:
2+ years of hands-on admin experience, including Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Shield and Tableau. The Admin cert is a plus but not required, so if you're working toward it, we'd still love to hear from you.
