Hi all, I'm stuck on the Check Step for the Sales Email prompt template project. I'd appreciate any ideas.
Error:
What I've already checked:
- Template Type is Sales Email, with Recipient Type Contact
- Prompt Template Name is Welcome Guest
- API Name is exactly Welcome_Guest (screenshot attached)
- The template version is Active (also tried re-activating and saving a new version)
- The org username in Trailhead's Launch dropdown matches the org where I built the template
Has anyone seen this or found a fix?

If all details are correctly entered, including the api names, then it may be due to some sticky issue. You can try these steps:
- Open an incognito window in your browser
- Log into Trailhead
- Re-launch the playground
- Verify the challenge again.
