Error: We can't find an activated 'Generate Personalized Schedule' prompt template with the Flex Template type.

i am gettting this error. All the options i have tried

    Thanks everyone for your suggestions. 

     After completing all the necessary checks, I raised a case with Salesforce Support. 

     After reviewing the behavior and the available information, Salesforce has confirmed that this issue has been

    identified as a bug and is currently being addressed.
