I just walked out of the Dreamforce keynote and need to share this while the adrenaline is still running high.
Salesforce just redefined what "sales team" means — and as Head of Practice, I'm already thinking about how this changes the conversation with our clients.
The big announcement is AIforce: all the business intelligence, data, and context that already live inside Salesforce, now available directly in Claude, in Slack, wherever your team already works. No more logging into a system to get things done — the system comes to you.
But what really got me excited was seeing the new generation of agents with a name and a job — literally AI hires ready to work:
Piper: Already qualifying inbound leads before a human even joins the conversation
Hunter: The outbound prospecting agent
Casey: Handling voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and chat support — at scale
Paige: Already resolving 70% of IT and HR requests for some clients, on her own
Fin: Coming from the Intercom acquisition, raising the bar for complex support
This isn't tech-conference science fiction. These are real results, from real clients, today.
What excites me most is the timing: we're watching the shift from "AI that answers questions" to "AI that delivers business outcomes, with context and governance." And that completely changes the scale of ambition we can bring to every project.
This is the moment to rethink what's possible. What used to take quarters to scale now starts running in weeks.
