Problems with Microphone API on AI Capture

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble with the Salesforce AI Capture app. It should convert voice to text, but every time I try to start the microphone, I immediately receive an error message.

We've already tested multiple browsers with the same outcome. As far as we can tell, all microphone permissions and settings are configured correctly. I'm starting to think there may be an internal company restriction or security setting causing the issue.

Has anyone run into something similar before? I'd be grateful for any ideas or recommendations on what else I could try.
