Trying to complete Migrate Users with User Access Policies and getting an error.
I completed almost the module but I was only need to complete the last action
what am I missing?

@Carlos Arturo Roman Alvarez , To fix that specific Trailhead issue, you need to verify that you are using the specialized Developer Edition org instead of a standard playground. Make sure you set the policy to Manual, click the Apply Policy button to trigger it, and check that your Grant action is listed before your two Revoke actions.
